My old girl came home one day and got the shopping out and had something called Birdseye Meat Grills. They were just a slab of meat with what looked like griddle marks across them (but the meat was actually shaped like a griddle mark before it was even cooked).
They were lovely. Then she cam home one day with the same thing in Chinese BBQ flavour. One mouthful and I went straight to food heaven. Bearing in mind I was about 9.
Just loved them but god knows what the fuck was in them.

Corona came from the milkman, and was ordered by colour not flavour! As little lads we would collect the empty bottles with 5p on the screwtops from all of our houses and cash them in at the local shop. That would get you loads of Mojos (two for half a p!) Black Jacks and Fruit Salads.

Sandwich Spread can now only be found amongst relishes in the supermarket, not spreads for sandwiches. Despite it having fucking Sandwich Spread on the label.

I remember of being very proud of myself when I cooked my first Vesta beef curry. It tasted delicious at the time. Whatever happened to Amoy crispy noodles in a can? Loved them

I used to love the crab or tuna or salmon paste out of a jar on a sandwich. Tried it recently ... fucking disgusting!

Choc dips. I always ran out of biscuit and had to use my finger as a scoop.
I remember when cheese dips came out. They weren't refridgerated and had been warm in the sun all day. *shudders*

The king of crisps. I once had a massive cheese and onion TAYTO vomiting session. I still love 'em.

Taytos are superb. I love the fact that cheese and onion is the default plain flavour.
